Tea Set

Charlie's favorite thing to do at Nana and Pop's house is to play with the tea set. She learned how to say "tea set" last time we were down there. My parents also have this addorable little table and chair set, which is perfect for playing tea party!

OUTSIDE!

Now that it is getting nicer outside, Charlie has been having fun being out! Anytime she hears the word "out" or "outside" she immediately goes to find her shoes and coat. She stands by the door and says OUT until I open the door and we go outside. Thanks to my friend, Heather, she now has this very cool outside slide/swing/climbing structure to play on. Thanks Heather!!!

I also got her some sidewalk chalk. I tell her go to write "C for Charlie" and she gets the chalk and draws lines while saying "C"

Flashback

My mom still has a few things from my childhood, including this "Brooke" hat and the shoes Charlie is wearing. Funny to think that I wore these and now my daughter is wearing them! This is a little baby doll crib that Jenn and I use to play with all of the time. Hopefully Charlie will have as much fun with it as we did!

Helper???!!!!!

We went to school with Bodie last weekend to help him get some grades in the books for progress reports. Charlie likes toddling around the classroom and sitting in the desks.

Wii Fit!

I am so excited for my Wii Fit! The only down side is that Charlie HATES when I use it. I have to use it when she is asleep, otherwise she just cries because SHE wants to be standing on it. As you can see, I can't even take a picture of it without her having to have some body part in the picture.

She also likes to get her toys and take them to the balance board and just sit there and play. Silly girl!

Spring?!?!

Charlie LOVES being outside and I have a feeling we will be spending most of our Spring/Summer outside! When I ask her if she wants to go out, she get a huge grin on her face and goes to find her shoes and coat. She also LOVES her gloves, which is a big plus in this wintery weather. We are SO ready for SPRING!!! She LOVES walking on the sidewalks around our hosue. She has learned not to go onto the road, which is very helpful!

Where's Daddy's Remote?

THERE IT IS!!!!! We spent quite a while looking for the remote the other night. Then I asked Charlie where daddy's remote went and she walked right over to her car, opened the seat, took out the remote and gave it to Bodie. Guess we should have just asked. Geez!!

Happy Birthday Grandma!!

My wonerful Grandma turned 90 this weekend. I do not think there is a person who has met my Grandma who would ever believe she is 90. She lives alone, still drives her own car and maintains a very intense social schedule! She is such an amazing woman and I hope I am just like her when I am 90. My parents had an open house for her Birthday party. It was so neat to see everyone that came to wish her Happy Birthday. Love you Grandma! (Great) Grandma and Charlie.

Charlie really liked the little stage that was in the hall. She would sit down and then walk to the other end and sit down. She did that for most of the party.
