Fair Time

We went to the fair one night to walk around and see the animals. Charlie had fun looking at all of the animals. Unfortulately, my camera went dead after one picture. Eventhough this isn't a good picture, I have to post it since it is the only one I have. Sad, I know....I can't even document her first fair experience. But, she did really like petting the goat :)

More Cousins!

My cousins, Ian and Heidi, were in town from Colorado with their two kids and my cousin, Heather, was also there with her two boys. We went to visit with them one night and attempted to get a pictures of all of the kids together (yes, this picture was the "best" we got ;)). Tristan is holding Charlie, Avery and Connor in the middle and Dion (with his transformers ring he is showing off) is on the right. It was so good to see them since we don't get to very often. It is aso fun to see the kids all together. Charlie was down romping around with the toys just like one of the big kids.

New Cousin!

Jason (Bodie's brother) and his wife Krissi welcomed their fourth baby yesterday....Walker Willis Hansen (see Krissi's blog for more pictures). He is a beaituful little boy! We are so happy for them and their new family of six! Congratulations Jason and Krissi (and Hunter, Sawyr and Piper)!!!

LAKE CHELAN!!!!

We had a fun week at Lake Chelan. This was Charlie's first trip there and I think she liked it! We spent lots of time sitting outside and just enjoying being at the lake.

This was on the way to Lake Chelan. We stopped somewhere to have lunch and sat outside to eat. Charlie doesn't like the feel of the grass on her legs so she lifts up her legs while she is sitting on the grass. This turned out to be a great thing at the lake, since she sat on her blanket to play the entire time. Towards the end of the vacation, she realized that the grass wasn't so bad though. It was nice while it worked and I didn't have to worry about her wondering off the blanket while she was playing.

Since Charlie wasn't too fond of the sand, I sat her in her floatie to play. She liked this much better!

4 Years!

Happy 4th Anniversary to us (Aug 7)! I can't believe how much has happened in our last four years together...Graduating college...

Sneaky Girl

I left the cupboard open while I was doing dishes and Charlie came into the kitchen and started taking her food off the shelf. She was so excited with herself. It was funny to watch her climb up and grab what she wanted off of the shelf. She picked a container of applesauce and tried to eat it. She knew exactly what it was. Sneaky girl........

Baby Doll

Charlie has really started to like her baby doll and gets excited when I give it to her. I have tried to show her how to give the baby a bottle, but she just thinks the bottle is for her.
